在2016年的时候市面开始流行慢煮机Sous Vide这种产品，标准使用EN 60335-1，EN 60335-2-74，EN 62233。

最近慢煮机特标EN 60335-2-74有标准更新，且已强制使用：

标准更新的内容如下：

1，强调了产品不能被孩子当玩具来玩，也不允许孩子来使用或维护这个产品；

2，增加说明书警告语：

- This appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

- Children shall not use the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children.
